This issue looks at the trends in July and August in what was an uncharacteristically busy time for digital policy. Additional developments took place over the summer months, from privacy and security, to e-commerce and development. The European Commission has confirmed the adequacy of the EU-US Privacy Shield. We take a look at its seven privacy principles. Pokémon Go has achieved massive popularity, We explore the links between the new phenomenon and digital policy.
