From the Geneva Digital Talks to high-level discus sions on digital policy, we summarise the main out comes of Geneva-held meetings. Net neutrality rules are expected to be rolled back in the USA. We look at the reactions, and at what is likely to happen after the vote. Experts recently explored technological, military, legal, and ethical implications related to such sys- tems. Five key issues emerged. The GIP will actively participate in the 12th Internet Governance Forum on 18–21 December in Geneva.
